About dental fillings

What are tooth-fillings?

The fillings restore the function of the tooth and replace its structure, lost due to tooth decay or fracture.

What to expect during a filling in your Studio?

  1. Local anesthesia
The first step of the procedure is to avoid pain. By applying topical anesthetics before the sting itself, there is no pain upon injection and your visit becomes comfortable and easy.
  2. Setting the rubber dam – rubber sheet.
With this technique, we provide a completely dry area around the teeth we work with, without the need to set up unpleasant rolls of cotton wool. The rubber sheet prevents unpleasant watering of the mouth and throat, making the work significantly faster and shortening considerably your stay on the dental chair.
Most importantly, the bacteria from the saliva do not come in contact with the prepared surface and with the inside of the tooth. A dry working environment ensures long-lasting fillings.

You should give your trust to the dental office where fillings and endodontic procedures are done in this way. Save yourself many visits to the dental office and ensure the longevity of your smile!

Quality of the fillings

We think that every filling without edge cracks and visible signs of cavities underneath the filling itself, is a good one, whether it is aesthetically of the same color as the tooth or is an amalgam of metals.

With a detailed and careful examination, we search for any crack, even the smallest one, and we replace worn-out and old fillings on time. The fillings restore the function of the tooth and replace its structure, lost due to caries or fracture.

Today we have a whole range of colors available, as well as a series of solid and high-quality composites produced with nanotechnology and reinforced with ceramic particles. Due to the extraordinary biocompatible adhesives of the new generation, the tooth filling fits tightly to the dental structure and is much more durable than old amalgams.

It is of the utmost importance to emphasize that for a successful and long-lasting result a modernly equipped office is extremely important, as well as the use of certified materials of renowned world companies. The dentist’s skills and filling technique are also of great importance.
